Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through the LIPIDIQUE FORMULAS online shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Contract

Product listings are not a binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm your order.

We may refuse orders due to insufficient stock, pricing errors or suspected abuse.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery only to countries available at checkout. Delivery times are communicated after ordering.

4. Payment

Payment by credit card, TWINT, and other methods supported by Stripe. Processing is handled securely via Stripe.

5. Returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused, sealed products. Swiss statutory warranty rights apply in Switzerland.

6. Liability

We are liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

7. Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland, where permitted.
