When you place an order: contact and shipping address, email, order items and order value.

When you contact us by email: the information you provide.

3. Analytics tools

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): website usage, traffic sources and conversions. IP anonymisation is enabled. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): heatmaps and session recordings for UX improvement. Privacy: privacy.microsoft.com

First-party shop statistics: aggregated visitor, page and conversion data in our admin area (not shared with third parties).
